Whether it’s accounting, tax or compliance deadlines we are here to help make sure you never miss a beat. We’ve listed below a few deadlines that are coming up and you’ll want to put in your diary.
New Companies Formed between 1 October 2021 and 31 December 2021
For new companies your first year accounts are due no later than 1 year and 9 months after your company’s incorporation date, this is timed from the exact day the company is formed so make sure you don’t get caught out with a mid-month deadline. So, a company formed on 15/11/2021 your first-year accounts will be due by 15/08/2023.
Companies with Year Ends Between 31 October 2022 and December 2022
Your next deadline is filing your year-end accounts to Companies House, these need to be filed no later than 9 months after your year end. I.e. if your year end is 30/11/2022 you will have a filing deadline of 31/08/2023.
The next deadline is paying your corporation tax, this is due no later than 9 months and 1 day after your year end. I.e. for this one you’ll need to make payment by 01/09/2023 for a company with the year end 30/11/2022.
